Being able to endlessly conduct boss jobs is OSRS Fire Cape. Runescape is balanced around tasks. This is fundamentally free slayer xp and incentive harm for activities that we already do (bossing off job ). From now on people will only do supervisors on job because of it. You can state particular tasks would balance to be infrequent, but what is super common? No matter what there will be bosses which are typical to be delegated and it will produce the boss simpler to get kc in. Then there will probably be problems with overcrowding (there is so this could make it even worse). Unless they eliminated the capability to use slayer helmet on those tasks and decreased the slayer xp given drastically then it would be creating Runescape simpler. They said themselves that these are problems they cant resolve and that's the reason why they shelved it. Sorry but not sorry you will be receiving your update that is easyscape.
The ordinary bosses would be the ones which are already easily available from Duradel, namely Kalphite, Dagannoth, Aviansies, Sire etc.. Not true with proper weighting which is exactly what they have been planning on doing. It's already incredibly easy to get a Kalphite or Sire task yet we have no problem finding open worlds for people do we? It doesn't make it any easier than it already is. Especially considering they were intending on weighting the hard to acquire boss tasks low it would be quite similar to Duradel handing out a Graardor or Zily task(~1/500). People that want the slayer helm to never work on a slayer manager master are dented for certain.
You all started frothing at the mouths without thinking they knew exactly what they were talking about. Mod Arcane stated on the Q&A that they are easily able to make the ****ier boss jobs a low weight so that it does not ruin their rarity, making the slayer helm bonus never ovepowered.
If there's one life skill which OSRS drilled into me personally it's to enjoy the travel
Anyone else feel the exact same way? I am always setting goals for myself and I keep my focus on the end line, get there, and wind up having fonder memories of the travel. OSRS really helped me to comprehend it although I understand that it is a thought. I had that same sweaty mill for western challenging, although for me it opened up so many fun choices it made things way more fun. Red chin spot. Array assault, Want mage defence, BIS vorkath gear? Got all that covered. And crystal fucking halberd that thing slaps harder than anything you've equip before. Can the 2x splats on virtually every slayer job and 99 str / peity / on job it could cross a TIMES TWO. Being a 2h it's got some baller precision too so 100 damage is pretty average, with 30% per spec it is a fucking monster, so goddamn gratifying.
All that said, if the travel is what's fun for you about Runescape not what is at the end, you may either appreciate what Runescape offers in obvious paths and that's totally ok, and even put in on finding new streets that you route yourself with the rewards you achieve following a long walk. Yeah that is felt by me. I almost feel a bit sad after completing a significant grind. It is like yeah I obtained this unlock but it seemed useful and enjoyable until I finish it up. I have a lot of things in my personal bank like cape and crystal Hally that I want to use require. Maybe when content can be handled by me adequate use'll be seen by them. Following a couple large grind I do not even actually pressure myself to Buy OSRS Accounts continue work on them when they feel fun and stop when they don't.
